Brig. K. Srinivasan (Retd)
Establishment Director

Brig. K. Srinivasan (Retd) joined the Centre for Security Analysis as Establishment Director after 35 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army. A Graduate from Defence Services Staff College and College of Defence Management, he has served in several important command, instructional and planning assignments. At CSA, he is responsible for the overall functioning of the Centre. Over the years he has coordinated and organised several National and International Seminars and facilitated publication of books and bulletins. Besides guiding and supervising the work of Research Fellows, he works in the areas of conflict resolution and peace building, role of civil society in conflict situations and internal security. Mr. R Rajagopalan
Office and Accounts Manager

A graduate in Economics from the Madras University, Mr. R. Rajagopalan has 17 years of experience in administrative, accounts and secretarial work. He has worked with renowned companies like Ashok Leyland and Simpson. As the Office and Accounts Manager at CSA, Mr. Rajagopalan is responsible for all accounts and administration. Ms. Tejal Chandan
Research Fellow


Ms. Tejal Chandan holds Masters Degrees in International Studies from Uppsala University in Sweden (2006) and the University of Madras (2004). Her core research areas are conflict resolution, peace building and counter terrorism. She held the US Department of State’s National Security Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego and has also been a Fellow of the Regional Centre for Strategic Studies, Colombo.  Ms. Chandan was an Intern at the Peace and Governance Programme, United Nations, Tokyo (2006). As Research Fellow at CSA, she writes about the conflict in Sri Lanka and is responsible for the centre’s programmes, projects, research and publications.  Ms. Chandan has published articles/ chapters in books on conflict resolution, counter terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. Ms. Chandan  is currently on leave to pursue her PhD at the Centre for International Politics, Organization and Disarmament at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

Ms. Ancy Joseph
Research Assistant

Ms Ancy Joseph holds Master of Philosophy Degree in Public Administration and Masters Degrees in International Studies and Public Administration from University of Madras. She also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Technical Education Department, Government of Kerala. As a Research Assistant at CSA, she assists the Executive Director in carrying out Center’s programmes and projects.
